My interest started when my younger brother suggested that we sign up for the Armando Montelongo free seminar, and then he paid for us to go to the weekend seminar (he told me after the weekend was over that he almost canceled the payment for the seminar, if he would've who knows I'd probably still be a blue collar zombie with no ambition, still trying to figure out what to do with my life).

My thoughts find out who is the lowest costing and delivers work seems like #1 than add a clause stating if he finishes the project ahead of schedule then his company will get X amount as a bonus.

I actually do think there's room for many more to sign up - I know that our platform has heard from non-accredited users who are unsure whether they're even allowed to sign up for accounts (they can on our platform, but obviously can't invest unless they're verified as accredited investors).
