I see pretty drastic shifts in the rate depending on those three factors.

Hi everyone,My wife and I have been in the STR space for a while now and are looking to shift towards long-term rentals.

If we're talking concrete or clay pipe there should be breaks and wear in it simply from old age, water wear, ground shift, freeze/unfreeze.

The shift has cleared the way for real buyers like myself to acquire assets at discounts.

Most everyone starts somewhere and then shifts as the business climate changes in their area or other opportunities present themselves.  

Among a variety of glum forecasts the company officials made for 2023, Chief Financial Officer Jamie Cohen said Vacasa’s home count under management could decline in 2023, in part because of its sales force reductions, and shift in strategy toward signing up individual homes rather than focusing on acquiring portfolios of properties.

The market has shifted, and we are likely looking at a 5-10 year horizon where supply will be exceeding demand.
