Great job United Van Lines.We got to CO (Lamar) on Wednesday late afternoon and fiinished the drive on Thursday, we were both kind of beat form all the "stuff' leading up to the closing and moving.Anyway we were in our house by 3:00PM and enjoying ourselves.Looking forward to seeing everyone at the get together on May 5th.all cash[/code]

Remember that at the end of 30 years, this property could cost 5 times what it does now, and when the principal balance reaches zero, the place starts to cash flow.I may have the numbers wrong, so plug them into this kind of analysis and see what you think.

Well when i first laid out my site, I had loopnet on my mind and set up an area for commercial real estate for rent, sale and all other kinds of stuff as well as a commercial real estate agents directory.But half way in the middle I said to myself, where on earth am I going to find people which will actually list their property on my site even for free, I mean this is such a big area and my site is going to start looking shabby with just empty pages.So for the time being, I let that part slide.
