The speed of finding a tenant depends on how desirable the unit is for the area, with regard to the area supply of such a spiffy listing;  a week or 2 to do select tenants and gather deposit.  

He has recommendations on ways to minimize time between tenants including flooring choices, paint selection (minimize colors used on your units), etc.

Either way, the wifi technology choices are changing rapidly, so I don't feel comfortable selecting one.
