They've always got some promotions going on, the trick is to prepay as far ahead as you're comfortable with to get the discount pricing for more than a month.Also, like with all hosting providers, they try to upsell you when you checkout, so just be sure to uncheck almost all the options when you're checking out and watch as the price comes back down to earth.For domains Namecheap or GoDaddy are good.  

Just because there's a sale on a property it could be a junior lien and you would still be responsible for the loans/liens still ahead of it.

Hello all,Though we're just getting started we plan on owning quite a bit of rental property and we'd like to go ahead and start with a good real estate specific CPA to help us save as much as possible. 

Any reputable lumber yard will tell you exactly what you need for a header. 

But I didn't know about real estate then what I know now, so you're many steps ahead of me when I was 21.

Your issues/problems are not insurmountable and there are lots of people out there with larger issues/problems and they are moving ahead.
