Hello BP so I'm setting up my wholesaling business and everything is perfect but one thing, I'm a professional driver (truck) and I can't answer the phone right off all the time. It's nothin for me to follow up cause I can plan that phone call out but My friend recommend me to get 2 virtual assistants and have them answer the calls and handle the other things I'm not capable of doing while driving, so I come to you today asking you guys what should I have each of them do? And during what time of the day should I have them working? Like what's the best time of the day should I say? I would love to here you all advice and thanks ahead for the positive feedback
I'm a licensed agent in Houston, but I recently had a baby and she had a brain bleed and had to have some surgeries. Because of this, I haven't really been able to handle being on the road showing houses to my buyers since she requires extra care, so I've been looking for some assistant work. I've done this in the past for an agent before I was licensed, and it worked out really well for both of us.
