The beauty of this is that I could do this in ANY city, around ANY university and work with a realtor to find good tenants and properties.

After, no glass shower door we just put in a long shower curtain.added double sinks to master bath and a walk in closet.Oh yes, my sister did the staging for me I think she did a beautiful job, and that's not even what she does for a living!

Our developers are more concerned with getting the biggest bang for their buck by building as many large, boxy, cookie cutter homes and packing them in so they resemble the cans of sardines that my grandfather spread on his toast NOT neighborhoods suit for young couples and aspiring professionals.
