Hey BP! My name is Ryan Reaux and I'm a complete newb to real estate investing. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for about 4 months. Binge listening to the show and have learned a lot from all the interviews but have loads to learn! I have a beautiful young family. Smokin hot wife (inside and out) Katherine, an excited, creative 7 year old son Kaden, and a 6 month stud of a son Roman. I'm heavily involved in my local church New Life Family Church. I play the drums on the worship team! I currently am on a 3-5 year transition of taking over my Dads commercial communications company. I managed a well known restaurant Newks for 5 years and I'm licensed in life insurance and mutual funds. I have been interested in real estate for about 3 years. Ever since I began to look for a home for our family is when I began to think about possibly fix and flipin to buy, repair, rent, repeat.
