Yes I made money but the account never seemed to grow very much.

So am on the look out for good investors to grow along with me. 

I could see our condo’s value and rental income growing a lot over the next 5 years.

In addition to owning and sponsoring multifamily syndications, he also owns a successful property management company that he is growing.

Im checking a list in a county where I live and im already up to 3k how good are these lists, do the trees bear fruit or am a wasting Fiji water to see them grow?

I do agree with Harvey as well that some of it has to do with the rapid price increases on the investment properties over the last couple of years. $40-50k flips are now selling for $90-100k - nearly doubled in 2 years in some areas. 

Basically, you guys are saying I should cash in on the equity now and take advantage of the zero tax capital gains and later figure out how to invest that money to see it grow?
