Hello, first post.I'm a 10+ year investor of a few units in Texas and I currently reside in California.I took a trip out to Arizona to visit some friends and the Surprise, AZ area piqued my interest.Lots of development in the area and looks like values have been climbing pretty rapidly over the last couple of years.A couple of friends of mine are already starting to look for investment properties over there. Was hoping to gain some insight on what others think of the area and more specifically what has worked best for the investors that are already in the area. Thanks!
