A lot of the numbers Deal Machine came up with were different and even some home owner names.I have a large list to skip and was trying to avoid spending a couple thousand with Batch, but don't want to waster me time calling bum numbers from Deal Machine.Any thought?

There are a couple of DSCR lenders that only use one guarantor, but most have all significant owners of the entity on the loan.

For the latter, a great home owners policy with + a large umbrella insurance should mitigate it.

I can pick it up for a good price and the city is on board with the development as it was underway with the previous owner.
