The reasons being: 1) rental is professionally cleaned after each use of usually 2-5 days; 2) both Host and Guest are given Yelp-type ratings that everyone sees. 

I don't know anyone that is working down there professionally.

We like to stay for years, do most of our own maintenance, and the unit is deep cleaned and professional maintained consistently.

I would hope you could a quality professional there.

And I don't start showing it until the current tenant has fully moved out, and I've had a chance to make any necessary repairs and have the place professionally cleaned for the next tenant. 

Currently working on networking and building a team of reliable professionals to work with over the coming years.I have been interested in Real Estate Investing for the past few years, but only recently got the bug and really started getting into it.

If he/she doesn't accept, don't buy, but if you persuade them that any professional investor will look at the same numbers, that is how you get good deals...and then a loan originator like me or Gregory or Scott, can finance it for you.
