I think the main thing to focus on is talking to banks to get your re-fi lined up.

Nice to see someone pursuing their REI dream with focus & a strategy.

I want to accumulate enough cash flow through multi family to be able to leave my job and focus on investing full time.

Focus on learning and mastering the BRRRR strategy so you can recycle capital and buy unlimited properties.

If your eyes are focused on the Side View and you NEVER look through the windshield, you crash your car.The Side View is the Cash Flow NOW.

That all being said, I'm taking everything one step at a time and focusing on the current obstacles at hand. 

I'm pretty sure I lost a few friends during that time, because I was so focused on my paying off my debts that every extra dollar that I made or had, went to debt pay down. 

Good opportunity to make some money and also keep focusing more and more on Real Estate.
