You need to do your diligence on what is included from each.Since it seems like you are at the very beginning of your investing journey, here are a couple things to know:Most lenders for large deals will mandate who your inspector will be, or at least have a small list of the companies they will accept from.

If you do it right e.g. always carry a reserve for repairs/vacancies, hire a GOOD property manager, keep the tenant happy by doing reasonable repairs, etc, then investing OOS is a great option to build wealth.Good luck and be sure to utilize the BP community if you need help down the road.
