Leads are leads and a lot of them go nowhere.Simply wholesaling as a business model is 1) illegal in most states is your are not a broker 2) predatory if you are not double closing with your own cash (my opinion)That’s great if you are a wholesaler, all the power to you!!

WA, central (sunny side) LOLPros- No state income tax, low property taxes (1% ish), cheap power, no floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes or humidity, low crime, good appreciation, good job growth and per capita income.
