Was wondering if anyone has any experience in this in south jersey or surrounding area to help shed some light on cost of project along with tips to starting out.

I did a quick review of Furnished Finer in Midvale, UT and it looks like your price estimate is about in line with the market but there is of course a bit of range depending on exact location/level of furnishing, amenities, etc.

Sharing stories/experiences/tips from my work is absolutely what reinforces me as an asset to the team of any investor I work with.  

Any tips, pointers, or mentors will always be accepted.

More importantly, insider information is really not legal, so how ethical do you think someone is that is like "hey I got a good tip on XYZ, lets invest and make $".

Of course, folks who post on bigger pockets deserve to be considered as well.  

(For example, I am in the 24% tax bracket, so I will really only be earning 76% of what I earn from the tenet.)Is there a resource online that has all the tax write-offs as a landlord?
