There is also more conversation, more interviewing and more interasction face to face than could possibly be done by a workout type sitting in an office 800 miles away who has a dozen more to talk to before luinch.Next, I doubt Dion or Dave is really up on the local market, they must rely on appraisals and BPOs.

It's a no brainer inspection, but it's a real time waster on top of the fee they want.Hillsborough Section 8 office used to be helping Hillsborough by requiring a copy of the Occupational License, but I don't know if they are still doing that because I decided to stop taking new Section 8 tenants about two years ago.
