I am a newbie to wholesaling and I just had a couple of questions. 1) When I get a seller under contract do I need to provide them with a copy of the purchase and sales agreement?

@Brandon Metzler - depending on the wording in your current Contract/Agreement, you "may" be able to simply Assign the contract to another buyer.
