Getting A Seller Under Contract

I am a newbie to wholesaling and I just had a couple of questions.

1) When I get a seller under contract do I need to provide them with a copy of the purchase and sales agreement?

2) I will be double-closing on all of my deals, do I have to submit the PSA to the title company prior to finding a buyer so that they can research the title first to make sure it is free and clear?
