Buy and move into second duplex in Ulster County next year?

@Philip Beckwith how did you find the deals that you moved on last year?

Not much new to add, other than this short-term niche seems to move quickly, so getting ahead of the trends is key. 

I moved to Palm Beach in October.

At this stage, I hope to have enough experience, and the network to be able to accurately estimate total expenses, allowing me to move towards bigger projects with bigger potential gains.Any advice on ways I can move forward with my goals?

Down by Buckeye area is closer, esp to the airport.But don't forget about these new chip factories and other BIG businesses moving into the west side.

One of the homes is move in ready, with very little potential for value add due to the awkward layout and limiting lot size

Fairborn, which is maybe a B or a C class neighborhood, is home to Wright Patterson Air Force Base so lots of potential for military families and single Airmen/Guardians moving off base.

It is smart of you to look into getting the heloc before moving out.
