@Jerryll Noorden I am hoping to get people motivated to sell their homes to call me.

Most important motivation for seller finance is tax on the cap gains.

I don't like the answer and it keeps me motivated.

Also, I’ve read a lot of your posts over the past month and have learned a ton, so thanks for taking the time to contribute. more often than note those that have duplex 4 plex that put them up for sale ask the moon for them and just hold tight until someone meets their price if they are performing they are in no hurry.. its when they become burnt out landlords or something else in their life changes that motivation sets in. 

Firstly, if the seller is mentioning price right off the bat, then this is typically an indication that they're not motivated to sell.

I have never had success in staying motivated during an online class, but for some reason and I can focus in a classroom setting with little effort.

I'm looking to possibly investing in the Allentown area, so I am looking for motivated a real estate agent and property managers that really understands the area to work with.

I am about to launch my first campaign looking for motivated sellers.

Keeps the motivation going strong.
