Good morning guys, I’m taking my Real Estate classes here in Orlando FL, and I already have a few offers to “hang” my license with realtors, my question to you is, should I choose a big chain Real Estate that’s offering me a 70/30 split, or a local chain with 4 offices that is offering me 80/20?

I'm not saying I would hound the other agent every day, but I would typically call each Monday morning just to check in and make sure we are still proceeding as scheduled.
