Getting my license, who would be a better employeer?
Good morning guys, I’m taking my Real Estate classes here in Orlando FL, and I already have a few offers to “hang” my license with realtors, my question to you is, should I choose a big chain Real Estate that’s offering me a 70/30 split, or a local chain with 4 offices that is offering me 80/20?
My main goal right now is to learn the business, I’m not sure which of these two would be a better on the job training/experience for me. I’m not looking to decide right now, just looking for your fine, expert opinion. Thank you.
