I recently married into about $100k of student loan debt & our plan is to refinance & pay them down at the minimum payment while making higher returns in mobile home parks & more.

Now my question is do people rent mobile homes, I'm in Virginia NOVA area.

Instead of building you could put a double wide mobile home on the land as a rental.

Trying to find my local investors forum or messenger board through the mobile app.

Here is what I do: I invest with different sponsors, among different asset classes (multifamily, mobile home parks, and self storage) and in different markets (Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Texas).

I currently run 150 lower end SFR’s, 5 Complexes less than 15 units per and a mobile home park totaling 230 units in two cities with myself, another worker and a maintenance guy, This is done for another person, I’m consistently on the phone from the moment I get into the office in the morning until when I get out clocking 200+ phone calls a day on some days and with general office work, and a pest control company run out of the same location taking an hour to two out of my day.

I am a California beginning investor/developer building a portfolio of quarter to 3 quarter acre plots to lease to renters for placing their own mobile homes (I call it a distributed mobile home park) in a Texas rural neighborhood. 

What are the average mobile home  lot rents in your area.

There are also passive opportunities in just about everything else, such as self-storage, mobile home parks, etc.
