Try posting it on the BP marketplace. . . that's a great place to turn up some investor buyers :) 

I think if you copy and paste the same message, it will detect it as spam. 

You can look in the market place here and find good lenders, as the previous poster mentioned be honest with your situation and ask a lot of questions.

There are plenty of posts and blogs on BP about these portfolio loans, and many lenders on here can offer you some options if you search the market place. 

You can try testing some rental adds for room rentals (like on craigslist or fb marketplace) and see what you can generate for interest.

As far as advertising the property, I get most of my hits from Facebook Marketplace but post it on as many sites as you can. 

For furniture, we hunted on Craigslist, OfferUp and Facebook marketplace.

OK so I've been a BP member for a number of years when I first signed up I signed up with pro membership which was OK because it allowed me to use marketplace but after a few years I find myself visiting the site infrequently, as a result downgrade my membership to basic several years ago.
