The street, schools, neighborhood, location, amenities, bed/bath count, etc. matter far more than the number of stories. 

I drew up my very basic adu plan (size, location, layout) then hired a drafter familiar with house construction to do the rest. $55/hr. 

I live in the Bay Area, home to notoriously high property values (depending on the location, a property may run you over 1 million for a 3bd2ba). 

When it comes to multifamily, the listing has a price and tells you info about the property such as how many units, location, what kind of condition it is in...

Is this something I need to correct with prior title company or involve a real estate attorney?
