Thanks for the input everyone.I hesitated in finding the owner at this moment because I can't even think of any exit strategy for this house at the moment, but I try to contact the owner first.

As I understand it, when you have the seller sign the lease option memo (in which it clearly states you intend to assign the option) I then become a principle and am legally able to advertise the property.I appreciate any input.
