Basic Questions
I'm in the process of converting my single family house into a rental. Here are my basic questions:
The house is titled in my name. Should I transfer title to my real estate company?
Do I tell my home insurance company about the change in occupancy? Will my insurance premium go up? Am I better off changing insurance companies to one that specializes in rental property?
