I just hate it when people who fail at so many things in there lives, point to the wrong reasons. 

I too have wondered about connecting with a mentor in this space and what those who are more experienced would suggest for getting started specifically in the market which I live.

Have some big numbers I would avoid even if we have to live 180 days in Puerto Rico.  

Live well below your means and focus on 3+ unit properties and you’ll have your income replaced in no time.

As for internet marketing on Zillow - when your listing goes live and if your listing broker ...and... their MLS has a data sharing agreement ..and.. if the brokerage hasn't opted out then the MLS listing data will overwrite your Zillow listing.
