Ive talked to a few people, as well as listening to the podcasts, and they all say the same thing.  

I believe I downloaded it on audible & listened to it a while back, I will try to find it or just repurchase.

Start listening and ask questions, as many as you can think up.....Most people are happy to help out a newbie....!

I have done an immense amount of work in my education phase from reading a few books by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin as well as listening to the BP podcast and the real estate rookie podcasts daily.

I haven't had a chance to listen to your podcast episode yet but I'll hop on that tonight to hopefully hear some of those stories.

Hi, I’ve been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast, reading their books, watching the YouTube videos and periodically browsing the forum from time to time. 

I have my own notices (non-legal) that I googled and personalized and I use a spreadsheet to keep track of my check register.I learned about all these free resources by listening to the BP podcasts.
