Can someone please share their story investing with section 8 tenants?

Even though our lease mandates renters insurance, neither had it even though one had shown us proof that they had it (the other due to language issues we always pretty much knew they did not have it).  

I'm always happy to connect with investors in the greater Richmond area and share what I've learned from helping investors over the last 10+ years finding properties and negotiate deals!

Selling it and buying a greater share of the family farm makes your life better.

Sounds more like a question for a CPA group where you can share new ideas but most people here have limited experience even in real estate.

I have tried working with wholesalers but that deal avenue has not worked for me yet.Would you be able to share what numbers/returns you are looking to achieve?

…Although they sometimes share food, housemates typically have their own food and make their own meals, so you’ll want a large kitchen with plenty of storage.
