We signed the purchase agreement in the kitchen before I left.

They prevent a lot of plumbing backups in the kitchen and are a must have if you have a dish washer.  

The house had a functioning kitchen, etc, before the tenant threw them out.

I have completed projects ranging from a custom kitchen backsplashes to complete bathroom remodels.  

There is a house for sale in my neighborhood that appears to mostly need cosmetic upgrades (no inspection done yet) - i.e. new kitchen/baths/paint, etc. 

My dad already told my mom that he would pay $10,000 to remodel her kitchen, so that's on the table.
