Investing in beautiful Utah

Hello fellow investors and professionals alike! I have completed a fix and flip recently. It went very well. The seller agreed to carry the first and a private lender funded the rehab.

I am working on my 2nd project and need to figure out the gap and rehab funding. This seller may be willing to use the equity in the property to carry a portion. I am looking for lenders and advice on how to structure this deal to cover the gap and rehab without bringing in my own funding. Anyone have any ideas or interest in providing the funding or possibly a JV?
