Property Details:Built: 19001st unit- newely redone 1 bed/1 bath (one story), currently has a tenant living in it for 750 dollars/month.2nd unit- 1 bed/1 bath ( two story) walls are finished and painted, still needs flooring, cabinets installed, bathroom finished, closet finished. 

I was getting stories that both were delivered and just needed to be installed.

The fact that a tenant is complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.7.

We've heard some horror stories and want to be prepared as best we can.

I had a similar story in 2018.

Currently have a 3 lot development site available for sale for a bigger developer who could put up a 6 story/70+ unit apt in an opportunity zone.

How thick is the slab vs. code today for a single story ADU or 2 story. 

I also would periodically contact the tenant to see if they had any updates.... and thankfully  I finally heard that the govt will pay this tenants rent til jan 2022 - when I will actually get the money is a different story but at least the said they would pay it. 

I want to hear your investing experiences (good/bad) with these turnkey companies and which ones you would recommend as a one stop shop.So many good & horror stories in the forum, you do not know which one to use as a lead to start due diligence.Thanks in advance for the help.
