What's everyone's take on the neighborhood now and in the next few years in terms of buy and hold strategy?

I've used a couple of other brands but I prefer the SmartCore in terms of something that's readily available and holds up well.

Cash-on-Cash I think will vary greatly from investor to investor in terms of what a good return is, the cap rate shouldn't have as much variance I wouldn't think.

These can vary in terms of length.

In reference to your investments, I agree with @Marlen Weber in terms of investing your money with a company like Ashcroft or partnering with a flipper in Lake Charles who will put your money to work for you.

What's the current situation in Northern Jersey in terms of demand and supply?

In terms of reserves, they will usually count a portion of other, non-liquid accounts for this as well.
