The interior is going fine and we added new siding to the exterior.

My father and I did about 95% of the interior work but hired someone to handle the exterior work including painting.

The units were recently updated and refreshed with new interior and exterior paint and new flooring. 

Interior is bland / old, but not in terrible shape....but would certainly need to be updated (floors / paint / counters / bathrooms, etc.) if you are looking to get top dollar.Long story short....has anyone ever done anything like this before? 

He specializes in exterior roofing/siding/windows but will do interior work as well throughout winter months.

We have the architect blue prints, however, we now have to design the interior in where things are going to go (cabinets, DW, sink, toilet, etc.)  

What we did end up doing instead was prep the interior (larger/hallways) buildings to add a second floor later.

After my previous tenants moved out, I paid $2700 for interior painting my rental house.

We are putting a perimeter fence around the property to prevent unnecessary "flow through" New name, new signs, new interior renovations on all vacant units.

I have a GC, and he's gotten the following permits: Interior Demolition, Alteration/Building, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric.
