Found: Great Chicago Contractor

Figured I would post something positive for the contractor I am currently using on a rehab since they typically get a bad rep! Mickey Buchemeier from A-Z Renovations is a one stop shop for almost anything that needs done. He specializes in exterior roofing/siding/windows but will do interior work as well throughout winter months. Mickey just finished replacing a roof for me and is moving into some drywall work - I have been pretty nervous since this is my first flip, but he has been very fair from a pricing standpoint and has given me tips for some of the scope I'm doing myself.
