Someone in this age range is more likely to take risks, not foresee consequences, not take responsibility for their actions, and tends to follow peer pressure above that of authority.

Labor is not that expensive for the items you listed and part of that cost is for having someone responsible, finding deals in this market is the bottleneck.

I appreciate the honest questions and hope I gave a realistic and somewhat thought out response on how I’d personally handle those potential challenges.

The majority of the discrepancy was from what the lease requires the commercial unit is responsible for paying.

I'm thinking maybe a $500k policy.2) A document stating that the dog has never shown aggression and if either the landlord or tenant sees signs of aggression, the dog will have to be removed from the property immediately or lease terminated immediately.3) Post a Beware of Dog sign outside the home.4) I need to figure out how to word this...but they need to secure the dog in a separate room before answering the door for visitors.5) The tenant is responsible for securing the dog by whatever means necessary.
