I really love BP so far it seems like an awesome forum. 

I finally have something worth registering and posting about.I made a long winded post regarding a contractor that wants more money beyond our contract price in the new construction forum and it unfortunately didn't get any traction so I will simplify it.

Would like to learn anything from anyone here on the BP forums.

After reading through the forum I concluded the same, the other buyers offer for $625,000 was as high as someone should bid but it was rejected.

I apologize if this is the wrong forum - if so, please let me know a better place to post.We have been looking at homes zoned to Bellaire High School in Houston, TX.
