So if you're a birddog that's what you are, basically someone who's not there yet, who doesn't know the industry and is well pretty pathetic.

How stable are individual industries, and how long have they had presence in the area.

If it is something pretty straight forward, as described in IRS Publications, as an established industry practice, etc... then that's how you should do it.

I would be new to this and I do not expect it to be easy, but I have a few friends in the industry that might not be able to lend money, but could lend time and their expertise so as to mitigate my risks.I even estimate that I would end up paying $20k-30k in interest over the 6 months and still make a pretty decent profit.Has anyone converted property to condo's in the boston area?

Add to my experience the fact that some of my closest friends and partners are involved at the highest levels of the mortgage industry, I mean common!

I am saddened by the path that the airline industry has taken, and I often wonder if I would have gotten into it had I known it would have gone this way.
