Does anyone know how I would go about contacting these national franchises to see if they would be interested in leasing one of the available parcels?

The "Problem":In June, I bought a duplex on a large lot in a gentrifying area with the intention severe the lot into 3 parcels and build 2 spec homes, while keeping the original duplex as a rental.

my favorite type of deal is one that does not involve a bank.. just food for thought. 

You can add some food coloring to the toilet tanks and see if it leaks into the bowl.

He is in the process of subdividing the land into 5 parcels.  

As stated above, except for any food or drink you happen to order there is no charge to attend.

We keep domestic animals (dogs, cats, horses) and some animals for food (chickens, pigs, goats) and that's it. 

Does the back parcel currently have access, is it defined (path) and has it been used for years?

The property itself is sharing a parking lot with a McDonalds and we have non-compete agreement with them as well, covering food and beverage sales.  

I have a new listing coming up in a couple of days that includes a motel (10units), duplex, and 2 SFR on two parcels being sold together.
