I don't see how it's impossible if you're young (As am I) In a little over a year my brother and I should be able to break the $1m net worth goal in about 2 years from start to finish, starting at nothing.

If you don't pay any taxes due by the 4/15 deadline then you get hit with penalties and interest.BTW, I have a brother-in-law who is an IRS auditor, filing late absolutely does reduce your chances of a randomly chosen audit.

You may be hit by pleas to release payment early, but if you do there’s a strong likelihood that your contractor won’t show up to finish your project.

If you do try to deal w/ multiple contractors yourself w/ no experience count on spending 30-50% above your original estimates and fighting like hell to get them to finish their work to the quality that you expect or even finishing their work at all.
