What interest rates should I expect for a 30 year fixed loan in the Indianapolis area on a 75 to 100k home and 20 - 25% down? 

Hairline cracks (look like spider webs) are usually nothing to worry about and should be expected.

Still possible they're legit (building a buyer or client list isn't inherently wrong), but is that the kind of website you'd expect to see from the kind of property management company you'd want to do business with?

I am looking to get a small wooden shed (already broken down) removed from my property in plant City.

Not expected at all and now the problem is now we are back in NY and we’re not able to get back to Florida and we were unprepared for this.  

If you went down 5K for a furnace it would take you take you over 11 years to break even at 36 bucks a month, not counting interest, or the fact that many HVAC units life expectancy is sub 10-15 years.

I am with one of the others above who said basic sloppiness  IE bed not made cloths on the floor dishes every where that's common.But when you start loading the garage with junk.. have a grease fire then never clean.. broken kitchen cabinets etc etc.. these are not people you want in your unit..  

Another instance was an investor expecting me to run their numbers for them to see if the property was worth purchasing but I believe that should be up to them.
