They are building new communities everyday why don't people invest in the start of the new communities 🤷🏾‍♂️

We're new to this, and learning so much everyday! 

Today I was following suggestions from a podcast, to analyze a deal every day.

I am very determined in investing in real estate so I keep learning everyday.

It’s much more important to have something meaningful and worthwhile in your life that you enjoy doing every day.

If you want to be successful, you need to put in the effort every day to network, market, etc.

“The more you earn the more you owe”- continuously increase my philanthropic efforts year after year as our business growsI  will review this everyday and modify this as needed

@Theresa HarrisNo, fortunately no one is waiting to move in, I will be doing some minor renovations, but it is still costing me money every day.

Every day, I am going to the store (Home Depot, Lowe's, Floor&Decor, etc.) to buy things, return things, look at things, etc.
