Find a good handyman to help you out and it will give you peace of mind and extra time to spend on business/family/hobbies/etc.

I see people over-reacting to that all the time, but if you want any peace in this life, you'd better accept some % of disappointment and be prepared to hassle getting the occasional replacement.

I didn’t say much and was never planning to sign anything at the meeting today, but did want to see where their minds were prior to going to an attorney.Like you said, it may be cut and dry and I have no legal leg to stand on, but paying for a one hour review of my case might be worth the peace of mind.

Fortunately, Justice of the Peace Courts (the "People's Court") handle amounts up to $10K so it's pretty easy to file an action for less than $150 and it can usually be resolved in less than 60 days.

They'll take the reduced price knowing they have the peace of mind it will get closed.

Ask your attorney to remove the Residential Inflation Enhancement endorsement and you are good to go!
