Within the past 7 months or so I have been put on to REI (thanks @Brandon Turner and Bigger Pockets) and have been reading REI books, blogs, forums, websites and listening to many podcasts to educate myself thoroughly. 

I would look into blog and videos about  funding with no money.

A quick glance indicates its very informative.I listened to a couple podcasts by J Scott and I've spent hours on his blog.

I also stressed to the broker my major concern was regarding the plumbing and I received no disclosure of any deficiency, past or present from the seller.As it turns out, it was discovered last week,mjust before I planned to close, that the seller had indeed made some major repairs to the plumbing, including sewer and fresh water lines connecting the chiller and boiler.
