I'm stuck in a dead end job and just watched my first webinar.

All outside pictures were from street and did not show surrounding area.Actual- the 'road' that goes from the main street to the unit is basically a dead end street that is really only one lane (by rights should be one way street it is so small).

We demoed out the old flooring throughout the whole house, countertops in all bathrooms and kitchen, removed the old appliances, and did a lot of landscaping cleanup including the removal of a few dead palm trees out front and tossing the old fence.

So far have hit a bunch of dead ends with it and just don’t want to waste all of my cash paying their gains tax. any ideas super appreciated

I've always had an interest in AC but with the deadness and a casinos I was curious if it was ever worth it.

How they keep their current home is how they will keep yours. and their car is a tell tale as well.. if this is a loser it probably wont get better you may decide to just sell and buy an asset in an area with a better tenant base and less available opportunities for rentals.. like here I parts of Oregon. its dead as well. but in the hot areas you up a rental on craigslist and you will have 40 replys in one day with 30 of them over 700 fico..

I guessed the mouse had died and I'd find it in some corner at some stage.However, a couple of weeks later, I found a dead baby mouse near one of the traps.
