Sometimes I lay out different move in dates and payment options to let them see on paper that maybe they could move in earlier.Tenant B:#1 is red flag because girlfriend is not old enough to sign a contract.

This may be TMI, but i actually meant my mentor on match.com and he turned me down for a date but asked me if i was interested in real estate.

As far as I know he owes the bank around $1000 by a certain date.

I've left comments on ones that I thought were recent and looked at the date(after saving it) it was 2010(i believe was the oldest).

In my opinion, being licensed and seeing how things are going with Zillow and other internet services, the days of realtors are changing.
