What about estimated income taxes sourced from rental income? 

Theirs lots of money out there and there figured out this vertical is a solid place to put it .We just noticed a company that took a commercial property public in NY.They specialize in crowd sourcing funds and place theme is our space with realizable returns Ahhh change .It will all be about keeping up and educating our investors on how they can/should compete as we see more and more of this .

We don’t out source that repair or cleaning, we do it all.

I will add the podcast to  my list of education sources and  learning schedule.  

And don't forget that with delayed financing you have to be able to document the source of the original purchase funds as being YOUR cash. 

They should have adapted their methods and sources for supplies by now.

All those other things can be filtered through a list from list source or other places.

if so is there a time period say like a 3 months history of receipt of funds from these in order to use those as a source of income?
