I'm not really looking to invest in the area at the moment but would love to one day soon maybe buy one or two multi families and then maybe somewhere down the line be interested in partnering to buy a larger apartment complex.  

I want to invest in buy-and-hold in single family, multi family and eventually apartment complexes.

For example we on residential sales side we focus on buyers who invest in particular town - like Newark NJ; for apartment complexes - we buy NorthEast.
